Nutrition Programme
What is our Nutrition Programme?
Orthomolecular Medicine is nutrition science & functional medicine. We aim to treat the underlying contributing factors that lead to poor health.
Our nutrition programmes promote whole foods and other dietary measures as medicine for healing.
Using comprehensive laboratory testing, physical assessments and health consultations we examine how your nutritional status, symptoms, genetics, lifestyle choices and environment affect your health, the ageing process and how you respond to stress.
In recognizing that you are bio-chemically unique, we work together with you to create a tailor-made programme. A SMART plan that is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely.
Consultations are covered by health insurance in the Netherlands.
