Yoga Programme
Our yoga programme uses postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques to help restore mind/body balance and promote natural healing.
For people with health concerns, our programmes adapt traditional yoga practices to alleviate different ailments such as back pain, hypertension, obesity, asthma, diabetes, muscle ache, lack of flexibility and stress.
Our aim is help students better understand how their body functions. We emphasize postural alignment, active breathing, relaxation and meditation.
We share our understanding of yoga philosophy and techniques and encourage incorporating them into everyday life. Dynamic mindfulness and compassion. Yoga is a meditation in motion.
Our Yoga classes are kept purposely small (max 9 students per class) in order that each student gets individual attention.
